About me:
I am a woman in my 50's living on the East Coast of the U.S. I am not completely anonymous but do try to protect my identity. My three grown children know I am a survivor but they do not know my whole story.
My Survivor Story:
I am a survivor of CSA, rape, sexual assault, incest, physical and emotional abuse, domestic violence, narc. My perpetrators were both male and female. I am an adult child of an alcoholic. My earliest memories are of being sexually abused.
My Journey Today:
Most of my healing occurred back in the 80's. My journey is ongoing as I have recall several times a year. I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD. My goal is to help and support others.
