With over 20 years in supporting and delivering programmes on a national framework we are the “go to” service for many thousands of Men suffering in Ireland. We provide specialist counselling, practical information and legal options, while respecting and supporting you in all your decisions should you decide to leave or stay in the relationship.

Helping Someone with PTSD
When someone you care about suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), it can leave you feeling overwhelmed. The changes in your loved one can worry or even frighten you. You may feel angry about what’s happening to your family and relationship, or hurt by your loved one’s distance and moodiness. But it’s important to know that you’re not helpless. Your support can make all the difference for your partner, friend, or family member’s recovery. With your help, your loved one can overcome PTSD and move on with their life.

Womens Aid
Domestic Violence Service for Irish Women
Women's Aid is a leading national organisation that has been working in Ireland to stop domestic violence against women and children since 1974.
We work to make women and children safe from domestic violence, offer support, provide hope to women affected by abuse and work for justice and social change. Over the course of 40 years the organisation has built up a huge body of experience and expertise on the issue, enabling us to best support women and children and share this knowledge with other agencies responding to women experiencing domestic violence.

Pieta House Suicide Prevention Counselling Service
In 2006, Pieta House opened its doors in Lucan, County Dublin and since that day we have seen and helped over 40,000 people in suicidal distress or engaging in self-harm, and established fifteen subsequent centres across Ireland.
From humble beginnings, Pieta House has grown to almost 270 therapists and administration staff, and the demand for our service hasn’t let up. In 2018 alone, nearly 8,000 people came through our doors suffering from suicidal ideation and/or engaging in self-harm, or to avail of suicide bereavement counselling.
